Free Store Pickup

Fulfilled from Store allows you to buy online from your local Ace and pick up in 15 minutes. Item(s) must be in stock and order placed at least 30 minutes before store closing at the participating Ace store selected. Next business morning pickup is available for orders placed outside of business hours.

Shop your local store on acehardware.com.

You will be notified

If your item is eligible for Free Store Pickup, and the item(s) are in stock in store, it will be noted on the product page and in your cart. You may choose Free Store Pickup on the Product Page or in your cart.

30 minutes before

If your order was placed at least 30 minutes before store closing and the item(s) were in stock in the store, you may pick up your order in 15 minutes.

Email confirmation

Once the order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.

Ready for pickup

Next you will receive a Ready for Pickup email indicating your items are ready and available for pickup.

Pickup your order

When you pick up your order, be sure to have your order number in a safe place; it will be needed for all order references. You must present your order number and one form of photo ID when you pick up your order at an Ace Hardware store.

If your order is not available for pickup within 15 minutes, please contact your local Ace Hardware within 24 hours of your visit and they will help find a solution. If you are not satisfied with your store's resolution, please call 1-888-827-4223. If you remain dissatisfied after you complete these steps, Ace or your local Ace Hardware may, in its sole discretion, provide an appeasement, such as a Ace Hardware gift card. Gift cards are subject to the Ace gift card terms and conditions detailed here. If you are informed by the Ace Care Center that you will receive an Ace gift card, please allow 6-8 weeks for its delivery. Fraudulent or deceptive conduct to obtain gift cards or other appeasements, as determined by Ace, will void all related claims and may result in prosecution under the law. Ace reserves the right to cancel 15 minute pickup at any time.
