If you are not satisfied with the customer service you received during a visit to an Ace Hardware store, please contact your local Ace Hardware within 24 hours of your visit and they will help find a solution. If you are not satisfied with your store’s resolution, please submit the below form to contact the Ace Care Center or call 1-888-827-4223. If you remain dissatisfied after you complete these steps, Ace or your local Ace Hardware may, in its sole discretion, provide an appeasement, such as free delivery of a product you need to complete a project (you must purchase the product), or an Ace Hardware gift card. Gift cards are subject to the Ace gift card terms and conditions detailed here. If you are informed by the Ace Care Center that you will receive an Ace gift card, please allow 6-8 weeks for its delivery. Fraudulent or deceptive conduct to obtain gift cards or other appeasements, as determined by Ace, will void all related claims and may result in prosecution under the law. Ace reserves the right to cancel the Customer Service Guarantee at any time.
