Terms and Conditions
- For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term "Credit" is defined as: one (1) $200 Hotel Credits Powered by Expedia.
- In order to qualify, you must be an Ace Rewards Member during the promotional period from August 15, 2024 to October 31, 2024 with a valid e-mail on file. To qualify for the Hotel Credit, you must spend $200 or more (before tax, shipping, handling, assembly and delivery, and before applying Ace Reward redemptions) online at acehardware.com, in the Ace mobile app, or at participating Ace Hardware stores between August 15, 2024 and October 31, 2024.
- Steps to redeem the Credit are as below:
- Receive promotional communications from Ace Rewards.
- Make purchase/s of $200 or more (before tax, shipping, handling, assembly and delivery, and before applying Ace reward redemptions).
- Receive a confirmation email from Ace Rewards with the Credit Code and instructions on how to redeem the Hotel Credit.
- Follow the redemption steps within email.
- This promotion begins on August 15, 2024 at 12:01 AM ET and ends on October 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET.
- The final day to qualify for this promotion is October 31, 2024.
- Customer must redeem their Credit no later than 11:59 PM ET December 31, 2025.
- Credit can be redeemed online through a mobile device, tablet, or desktop.
- Must be 18 years old.
- Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- U.S. only
- Credit is subject to promotional availability and available while supplies last.
- Full Hotel Credits Powered by Expedia Terms and Conditions Apply here.
- Credit cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers or discounts and cannot be used towards gift card purchases.
- Full Value of the Hotel Credits Powered by Expedia may not be able to be applied in one transaction. Dependent on location, hotel, length of stay, and inventory
- If the full value of the Hotel Credits Powered by Expedia is not used in one transaction, Customer can continue to use the remaining balance of the Hotel Credits until it is depleted.
- Valid credit card will be required to pay any amount that exceeds the Hotel Credits amount.
- Pricing for hotel bookings rates is subject to change at any moment. Prices, rates, and availability are dependent on the hotel's discretion. Occasionally, hotel rates may differ and may be a lower rate for certain stays on other and similar travel booking sites, but these discounted rates may come with specific restrictions and conditions (i.e. related to cancellation and refunds). Pricing shown on travelcredits.com does not include additional discounts, sales, rebates, etc. the hotel or 3rd party supplier directly offers.
- All bookings are subject to hotel availability.
- Additional costs/fees for products and services outside of the Hotel Credits are not included and any such fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
- It is the responsibility of Hotel Credit recipient to provide correct, up-to-date details when claiming and completing their booking.
- The recipient of the Hotel Credit must follow the instructions provided by the Promoter, Hotel Credits Powered by Expedia, and Ace Hardware. Failure to comply with the instructions or any other directives made in conjunction with this Hotel Credit may result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Hotel Credit. Hotel Credit shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Hotel Credit. Under these circumstances, Hotel Credit shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance.
- For the purpose of this Hotel Credit, "Released Parties" includes the Promoter, Hotel Credits Powered by Expedia, Ace Hardware, and their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, distributors and vendors.
- Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable Hotel Credit Codes and will not issue or replace Hotel Credits in any of these events.
- No credit, refund or extension for any unused Hotel Credits will be provided.
- Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace the Hotel Credit with another of equal or higher value.
- This Hotel Credit is issued by the Promoter located at 60 Hudson Street, Suite 1809, New York, NY 10013, or at such other address as the Promoter may advise in writing. No inquiry or notice will be validly received by the Promoter unless mailed to the Promoter's address above by first-class mail, postage prepaid.
- No exchange of the Hotel Credit is permitted under any circumstance.
- Promoter reserves the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time during the term thereof. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Customer redeems the Hotel Credit.
The Hotel Credits Site shows numerous hotel booking rates and strive to ensure the accuracy of the showcased prices. TLC retains the right to rectify any pricing inaccuracies on the Hotel Credits site/platform. In the event of a clear error and if you've already made a booking, we will present you with the option to proceed with your booking by paying the correct price, or we will cancel your booking without any penalty. We are not obliged to provide the hotel booking rate to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even after you've received a Confirmation number, if the error should have been reasonably noticeable to you.
