Once directed to the Hotel Savings redemption website, enter your Unique Code found in your email from Ace Rewards

Find and select your next booking. Your credit will automatically be applied during checkout.

How do I qualify for this promotion?
There are two steps to qualify for this promotion:
- You must be an Ace Rewards Member with a valid email on file.
- Spend $200 or more online at acehardware.com, in the Ace mobile app, or at participating Ace Hardware stores (before tax, shipping, handling, assembly and delivery, and before applying Ace reward redemptions) during the promotional period of August 15, 2024 - October 31, 2024.
After making qualified purchase, you will receive an email within four weeks with steps to redeem the Hotel Credit. You must have a valid email on file in order to receive the email with your promo code.
How old do I have to be to qualify for Hotel Credits?
You must be 18 years or older to qualify for the Hotel Credits.
When do I have to purchase in order to qualify?
The promotional period is from August 15, 2024 to October 31, 2024.
How do I redeem my Hotel Credits?
If your purchase/s qualifies, you will receive an email from Ace Rewards with a unique code and directions on how to redeem your $200 Hotel Credits via the Travel Credits Powered by Expedia site. Your email will include the site link with your Unique Code and Pin.
Please note, you must have a valid email on file in order to receive the email with your promo code. Please note your full credit may not apply to one booking; remaining credits can be used toward other bookings. You must book your travel no later than December 31, 2025.
How many times can I participate in the promotion?
You may participate in the promotion once. There is a limit of one (1) Hotel Credit per member during the promotional period from August 15, 2024 to October 31, 2024.

The Hotel Credits will be valid until 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2025.
What are the Hotel Credits?
Qualifying customers in this promotion will receive access to:
- One (1) $200 Hotel Credits Powered By Expedia.
o Please note the full value may not all be used at once; it is dependent on number of nights and availability. However, if you do not use the full value in one transaction, you may use the remaining value on as many transactions as it takes to deplete the remainder of the $200 Hotel Credits until 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2025.
o Hotel Credits can be used on hotel stays available through the Travel Credits website (en-us.travelcredits.com)
When do I receive my Hotel Credits code?

What are Hotel Credits and what is the relationship with Expedia?
Travel Credits is an online booking platform where you can redeem Hotel Credits in return for a hotel stay. The hotels available on Travel Credits are powered by Expedia.
Where will I find my Unique Code and Pin to access my Hotel Credits?
Your Unique Code and Pin can be found in the email you receive from Ace Rewards after qualifying for the hotel credit. Please note, you must have a valid email on file in order to receive the email with your $200 Hotel Credits. If you do not receive your email and you already checked your spam folder, please contact us or call 1-888-827-4223.
How long does the promotion run for?
The promotion runs between August 15, 2024 and October 31, 2024.
How do I use my Hotel Credits?
Access the website http://www.AceHotelCredit.TLCRewards.com after receiving your Unique Code and Pin. Enter your Unique Code and Pin to access the site, where you will be able to view the list of hotels available. In the event that the credit does not cover the total value of the hotel stay, you will be required to pay the remaining balance. Once you have selected the hotel of your choice, confirm your details and automatically receive an email booking confirmation.
If you cannot use the full value of the Hotel Credits in one transaction, you may continue to use the Unique Code and Pin to get discounts on subsequent hotel bookings until the full value of the credit is expended. The Hotel Credits will be valid until 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2025.
How do I know my hotel booking has been confirmed?
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation from Travel Credits to the email used to book your hotel stay.
Can I use my hotel credit with another promotional discount?
Unfortunately, no. You're unable to use your Hotel Credits in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
Can I use my hotel credit directly with Expedia?
Unfortunately, no, your Hotel Credits must be used on the Travel Credits website: en-us.travelcredits.com
Can I get a refund on my hotel credit if I do not use them?
Unfortunately, no. Credits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Can I amend/cancel my booking if made using a hotel credit?
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent in writing, by email [email protected] and will take effect at the time we receive it. Please note that our customer service team operates 09:00am - 5:00pm ET weekdays only.
Does my hotel stay have to be before December 31, 2025?
Your hotel stay does not have to be between now and the December 31, 2025, but you must book your hotel stay before this date.
